|Recommended: NoIt’s A Very Noisy Community Be Aware — Is it only me, or is anyone else also bothered by the incessant noise coming from dogs barking in the dog park at phase 2 The noise vibrates up through the complex and becomes ten fold. I am absolutely not a dog hater, but this is becoming an huge issue for me. The dogs bark all day be it 3pm, 5pm or right now at 9pm. This disrupts my work, my peace of mind, my sleep. I can’t even open the balcony door to enjoy the weather. Can these dog owners be more considerate This is already a very noise community with police, ambulance, fire trucks, people screaming on the street and now the dogs. Is there a policy regarding this This is becoming a huge issue for me.
|Recommended: YesLives Up To High Expectations — We have been so happy with our experience so far at the Meridian at Mt. Vernon Triangle. The leasing staff has been friendly and helpful. The property is well maintained and in an amazing location.
|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live — I just moved to this apartment and absolutely love it. The apartment building is in the center of everything. Grocery stores, restaurants, and all the accessible things you need to get to, it's right there.
The management staff are responsive and answer your every need with precision and patience. The maintenance is prompt and the apartment itself is a great value for the area. The leasing office made moving super smooth. Really happy to live here
|Recommended: YesI Think It Is A Great Property For The Price — During the first few months of our lease there were a large number of issues in terms of maintenance. The freezer was broken, then the dishwasher then the AC then the fridge. Maintenance was timely in their repairs thankfully. The package system is odd seems to not be the most reliable. On more than one occasion I have had a notification that my package was delivered from the vendor but never receive an email from the front desk, even days after. During the pandemic it does not seem like management front desk staff enforce the mask mandate when it comes to the rooftop or lobby.

|Recommended: YesBeautiful Property But Rather Inefficient — I moved in about a week ago, but I can share my experience so far. The leasing office staff are nice but disorganized. You just have to be willing to follow up with them on the phone, when they answer, frequently. They simply need a better system so they're not starting over with you each time you call or email.
If you can get a good deal, like my roommate and I did on our 2 bed w den because of COVID, it's totally worth it. The property is new and beautiful, with spacious facilities. The location is really ideal. I love, love, love my apartment.
The concierge staff are great and helpful. Maintenance isn't fast but since it's a newer building, things aren't terribly broken down. E.g., the motor on my fridge isn't working properly too loud and I've been waiting several days for a fix.
Overall, a great and gorgeous building if you're willing to be patient with maintenance and leasing staff. If you can get a good deal, absolutely worth it -- especially if you want a good apartment gym and great location with lovely units.
|Recommended: YesLovely And Luxurious Feeling Apartment With Tons Of Great Amenities — Meridian Apartments met our expectations on so many levels. The residence is not far from where either my girlfriend or I work, and there are several top tier restaurants within walking distance ie. Baan Siam and Ottoman Taverna . The rooftop gives a great view of the DC skyline. The parking garage always has spot available. I do however wish the walls especially in the bedroom were soundproof from neighbours better. The apartment also lost a star rating under construction quality for this reason. The front desk and other staff are always kind and hard working.

|Recommended: YesGreat Building, Bad Leasing Team — I love living here so far, but the leasing team made it very hard to ensure that I could. They were consistently unresponsive to emails and phone calls, and would frequently go back on things we were initially told. The rest of the staff has been great, but the leasing team leaves a LOT to be desired.
