Great property, but the walls are thin.|Recommended: YesGreat property, and community. The walls are a bit thin and you can hear the pipes and neighbors if they are above a normal decibel level. Not really a problem unless it is after hours.
Excellent value for an apartment in DC|Recommended: YesGreat access to everything-dining, museums, Verizon Center, Capital Hill, Downtown and all surrounding areas.
Wonderful place to stay|Recommended: YesWhat is the most important thing in any business Its product you will say, but the staff is equally important. Thanks to the professionalism of the leasing office, incredibly friendly and kind concierges here i would like to outline Gerald my stay at Meridian was more than pleasant. 5 stars out of 5 Great job and thanks
Great Apartment |Recommended: YesLove this apartment and the amenities in the building.
A bit overpriced- I really wish the staff front desk mainly was much more customer friendly. they can be unfriendly and unhelpful and just MIA most of the time. Maintenance staff is much more friendlier.|Recommended: YesGood building and amenities but the appliances are not the quality I was expecting. The residents activities are about par-wish they did a little better. Front staff not friendly and usually not helpful.
It is nice. I wish the staff looked out for residents more rather than their best interests|Recommended: NoI like the Meridian. I think they try and nickel and dime everyone and looking out for themselves as employees under a company rather than the experience for the tenants living here. I wish they have surgery input on decisions rather than abruptly making decisions without consult from the tenants that are renting. I believe there needs to be some slight improvements to the gym with some missing equipment as well as more machines. I believe the coffee machine limit from 6-2 is not fair for the early risers and grave yard shift renters and it should be at minimum 5am-5pm.
Love living in the meridian |Recommended: YesFriendly neighbors, friendly staff, and the building always looks nice. Noise is very rare. One of the elevators is always finicky when using your fob which can be annoying but not a huge issue. The dog park is noisey sometimes late at night but again no issue with any dogs. I enjoy living in the community definitely. And having the grocery store close is a major bonus
Great place to live |Recommended: YesI love the building, most of the staff are professionals, helpfulness and provide great services
Nice, relatively upscale apartment in busy neighborhood|Recommended: YesLiving here is nice. Staff is usually very friendly, the community gels well, there are plenty of amenities both in the building and surrounding neighborhood, etc. Overall, a good place to live.
Love this Apartment Building |Recommended: YesEnjoy everything about this building Sad to be leaving DC and sad to be moving away from such a beautiful building in a wonderful location.
Good|Recommended: Yesit's good
Great Experience|Recommended: YesHad an overall great experience. Only wish the water pressure in the bathrooms was better.
Great|Recommended: YesThe building is perfect, the facilities area always clean and the staff is always helpful. You have great amenities that are well-maintained.
Comfortable, close, private|Recommended: Yesvery happy here. Street noise, especially sirens only unexpected issue. Great value and location.
Good property, very young loud population|Recommended: NoIf you are a young 20 something then I would recommend it, otherwise I may not. The hallways elevators common space tend to get littered due to inconsiderate renters. The hallways are usually loud in the evenings. Also having windows facing a busy street means one can never leave them open for fresh air because of the noise. Wish I had known this before I moved in. Otherwise, the building apartment layout and space is great.
