Do you allow pets?
Yes, we do! Our apartments are pet-friendly to both dogs and cats. We do have a limit of 2 pets per apartment. A non-refundable pet fee of $500 must be paid prior to the pet coming onsite. A monthly fee of $50 per pet is assessed to your statement which includes your rent, utilities, and other expenses.
Do you have breed restrictions for dogs?
As of April 18, 2022, we no longer have breed restrictions.
What are your prices?
Our community features studio, 1-bedroom, 1-bedroom with den, 2-bedroom, and 2-bedroom with den floor plans with a variety of layouts to match your needs. Our rents may change daily, so for the most up-to-date pricing, we recommend that you check availability on the floor plans page. Additionally, we do have a $50 application fee for leaseholders & guarantors (if applicable), a $50 application fee for authorized occupants, and a $500 non-refundable move-in fee. A security deposit equal to one month of rent is due on your move-in date when using a guarantor or if your credit screening is approved with a conditional acceptance.
Can I pay my rent online?
Yes, you can! By logging into your Resident Portal, you can submit payment via eCheck, credit card, or debit card. You can also set up recurring payments!
What are your office hours?
Our office is open to both current and future residents Monday - Sunday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, Saturdays from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, and on Sundays from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm. You can also view available floor plans, community amenities, and access other community information on our website 24/7.
Are you close to metro?
Yes, we are down the street from the Mt Vernon Sq/7th St-Convention Center Metro Station. It will take you approximately 9 minutes to walk to it. You are able to check train times on our Transit Screen, transit app, or directly through the WMATA (Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority) website.
How close are you located to the National Mall and Capitol?
It takes approximately 20 minutes to walk to reach either destination. In case you get hungry on your trip, you will run into several dining options along the way.
How far are you from National Airport?
It takes approximately 11 minutes by vehicle and 31 minutes by metro to reach your destination. If you plan to take the metro, then please make sure to use the yellow line.
Is there dry-cleaning in the building?
Yes! We offer valet dry cleaning service to all residents through Dryy drop lockers.
How can I get my packages?
All packages are generally retrieved from the lockers provided by Package Concierge. Prior to moving in, you will receive an email from Package Concierge prompting you to register. In case all the lockers are being used, the packages will be accepted and held at the front desk. Once a representative of the front desk staff has logged in the package, you will receive a notification via text or email (your preferred method of contact).
Do you have a guest suite?
Yes, we do! Please contact the front desk to make a reservation for the guest suite. We have two; a one- and two-bedroom suite for $175 and $225 per night, respectively.
Is there parking in the building?
Yes, there is! We offer unreserved garage parking. The first space is $205 per month, and additional parking is $265 per month. Please contact the leasing office to find out more details.
Is there guest parking?
Yes, there is! For just $11 per day, you can purchase a guest parking pass at the front desk. Please contact the front desk for more details.
Is there street parking?
Our community does not offer street parking, but please contact the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) at (202) 737-4404 to find out if you’re eligible for a Residential Parking Permit (RPP).
Are utilities included in my rent?
Utilities are not included with your rent since all usage is metered individually. All residents are responsible for setting up an account with Pepco for electricity. An account for water and sewer will be set up by management at move-in. There is a $10 trash fee due monthly and paid is with your rent.
How do I submit maintenance requests?
You can submit work orders through our Resident Portal, and of course, also call the Concierge to submit a maintenance request.
What are the fitness center hours?
Out of an abundance of caution and to allow time to sanitize all equipment, the hours for the fitness center have been modified to 6:00 am - 9:00 pm until further notice.
What are the Concierge hours?
The front desk is open 24-hours and offers many services, which include: guest parking pass purchases, amenity and loading dock reservations, package pick-up, and many more!
Is there grocery shopping nearby?
Yes, there is! We're direct across the street from Safeway. In addition, you will find that services such as Instacart are easy to use in our area if you don't have the time to do your shopping and would rather have it delivered.
Are there restaurants and bars nearby?
We are just steps from a number of restaurants and bars. Busboys and Poets, one of our favorites, is a 3-minute walk from the property. Rasa, Alta Strada, Melange, and A Baked Joint are all in a one-block radius from the property.
