Great building, management really friendly, crowded amenities, something has to be done with the park|Recommended: YesIs a beautiful building and it comes with a price, it is an expensive building, but the apartments are really nice and as of today the maintenance is great. It has some improvement areas, amenities get to crowded sometimes (swimming pool and gym). Recycling can be improved a lot. This is not properly a building problem, but something should be done, the building is adjacent to a small park, during this summer time is crowded with homeless/persons that used it for drinking and doing drugs. the park smells and from time to time park inhabitants can be aggressive, that park takes away a lot of the value of all adjacent buildings.

Used to be awesome, now starting to show some signs of being overwhelmed|Recommended: YesThere's hardly ever anyone at the front desk anymore. My husband's been trying to pick up a package for two days and has had no success finding someone to help him. I'm guessing this is not the concierge's fault, since there are so many people living here now. However, Meridian should look into providing more staff since they have a better influx of money now. Also, we've been living here since November and our windows have never been washed (even though the lobby floors get polished regularly). Please skip a few weeks of lobby floor polishing and get the exterior washed; we can hardly see out our windows anymore. Last, it would be nice if the pool and community room were open later, especially on weekdays.

Responsive and friendly|Recommended: YesPreviously had an issue or two, which were handled a bit slowly without great communication. Recently all the smaller problems have been worked out and everything seems to be going great. The management has been fair in working out any issues without much pushback.

Grumpy. came for electric charging, promised 1 price, prices set entirely differently|Recommended: YesVery nice. Expensive. Friendly folks. A fair amount of road noise at all hours. Had a few issues with management with regards to electric car. They put up small electric charging signs which residents ignored. Wouldn't let me use a cone to block one spot off, said they were ordering bigger signs, which would be in within a few months. Property manager told me charging would be at the price of electricity for car during my lease signing. The prices were set today at $1 per charge + .14 per kwh, much higher than the going rate, + 1 dollar every time I charge. Lies like that are never fun..

Longer hours for Pool and Cub Room|Recommended: YesI really love the Meridian, but I do have a few things that I would like to suggest. As a resident, I would like to see guess parking to be free. I believe passes are necessary but there is no need to charge a guest $10/day when someone is visiting a resident. I would also like to see the Club Room to stay open later. By the time I get home and relax, the room is closing. I am not sure if the concierge is supposed to be available 24hrs or not but I find it more common for someone not to be at the front desk than to be at the front desk in the late hours of the night into the early mornings (11pm-3am). I work off normal business hours so I often use the gym between these hours and like to pick up my packages and do as much as I can but the person at the front desk is more likely not to be at the desk.
Thank you for your recent review, we sincerely appreciate your feedback as we are always looking to improve our services and resident experience. The fitness center is open 24 hours and the front desk should be available 24 hours a day as well. The only time they should be away from the desk is if they are doing a property walk to make sure the garage and doors are closed or if they are assisting another resident. We realize that there has been some team turnover so we may have had some gaps in service and we do apologize for that but hope that moving forward there will be someone available for you when you need them. Unfortunately, we charge for guest parking because we need to make sure we have amble parking for our residents that also pay a fee to park in the garage. The pool hours and clubroom hours we limit so that the residents that reside on those floors have quiet hours, we understand that this can be frustrating at times, but hope that 11am to 9pm during the week and 10am to 8pm on weekends allows everyone time to make it to the pool.
